Martial Law and the United States 2012
Warning; This information may be disturbing but true
Radical Unchecked Legislation Takes Freedom From The People
Let’s just assume it’s a forgone conclusion the American Economy is going to crash. Do you know what happens when the dollar holds no value? It means you can not buy anything nor exchange anything for it. Go watch the ending of Gone with the Wind and see what a trunk full of confederate money got them. Nothing. When social services collapses, shortages of food production, contamination of water reserves and the municipal services that we take for granted can no longer be maintained, mass hysteria accompanied with looting will arise next.
Who are they going to call? Bingo, the U.S. Military who will implore the use of Martial Law in the form of a state of emergency. If you are in the military around the time of the apocalypse, there are some things you should think about rather than maintaining your post.
No matter how justified you may feel about putting down an uprising just know another soldier in your homes state is doing the same to your friends and family. Without question or need for proof during a state of emergency anything can happen as the panic and chaos escalates. You can shoot any body or anything if you feel it necessary or can give your word there was no other way. A police state uses deadly force to hold its functioning body of government together. The United States is not different than any dictatorship when it comes to maintaining control and its governing power. Just remember who has the guns and who doesn't.
Instead of worrying about some dregs stealing food and water you need to worry about who is protecting your family. I can assure you when people are faced with life and death we are no different than rats. What you wouldn't do in normal circumstances changes drastically. Survival is built into our genetic code and it is the very reason we have continued to exist. The problem arises when these same humans posses personal flaws that cause them to prey on others with their own self gratification.
While you are standing post policing a city or district you have never been to before just know your loved ones are in danger back home. Would you rather trust a soldier from another part of the country, let alone the world protect what's yours? This has always been the problem with government, they institutionalizing that you can not take care of you and yours but has to be done for you. Right now someone with questionable inabilities to contain his desires could be preying upon your mother, wife, girlfriend, sister, daughter, niece, cousin or dearest friend. Rape and molestation always accompany chaos when society breaks down. Will you stand a post or fight to protect your own?
Martial Law Breaks The Symbol Of American Democracy
As the protests from Americans and perhaps citizens around the world begin to be brutally put down martial law will be enacted. Laws will be passed prohibiting the gathering of people until the state of emergency is lifted. Much like the war on poverty, this emergency will never end and it too will be a business run by the government only this time there will be no tax dollars to support it. What was once a peaceful demonstration has been brutally put down and caused others witnessing it to form violent uprisings. The police and municipalities will be over run by the shear numbers of what would later be called patriots.

University Police In Hot Water After Macing
Peaceful Students' RE ; College Funding
One thing you do not do is mace University Students'
Well they really done it this time police in the U.S. have used pepper spray against peaceful students taking part in an 'Occupy' campaign in front of the University of California. Demonstrators had been ordered to remove their camp, but after refusing, officers showed up and and tore their tents down, using force against unarmed people. 10 protesters have been arrested, but the police could have messed with some other protesters verses college student's, the police may have had their day but they fail to realize that college student's are computer savvy people who are the future of our technology and therefore they will now use their expertise to expose the criminal brutality actions in which they suffered. "The Spray of Death" On Nov 19, 2011 Was committed by Lt. John Pike of the Davis Police Department. Here's his email so you can let him know how you feel : japikeiii@ucdavis.edu
Or you can call the UCD police department. Here is their number and let them know what should be done to him 530-752-1727 , also people should demand an internal investigation by the district Attorneys office and the Internal Affairs Division.

Obama Personal Approval Wake The Hell Up
Lower Than Ever Mr. Obma !
Obama is losing his cool. For a long time, voters were willing to give President Obama a chance not based on his policies, but on the idea that they thought he was a nice guy, but after nearly 3 years of high unemployment and broken promises, voters aren’t thinking Obama is the cool kid on the block anymore. A new CBSNews/New York Times poll shows for the first time , more Americans have an unfavorable view of Obama than favorable. So why the change of heart? It could be a numer of things, but his long list of scandals as of late or his August vacation to swanky Martha’s vacation.

Obama Orders Military To Prepare For Food Riots
Posted by EU Times
A grim report prepared by France’s General Directorate for External Security (DGSE) obtained by Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) states that president’s Obama and Sarkozy have “agreed in principal” to create a joint US-European military force to deal exclusively with a Global uprising expected this spring as our World runs out of food.
According to this report, Sarkozy, as head of the G-20 group of developed Nations, called for and received an emergency meeting with Obama this past Monday at the White House wherein he warned his American counterpart that the shock rise in food prices occurring due to an unprecedented series of disasters was threatening the stability of the entire World and could lead to the outbreak of Total Global War.

Banks repossessed 2 million homes
this year to date — and 2012 will be worse
Foreclosures are expected to remain elevated through the year as homeowners contend with stubbornly high unemployment, tougher credit standards for refinancing and falling home values. Sharga said he expects prices to dip another 5 percent nationally before finally bottoming out. The decline will push more borrowers underwater on their mortgages. Already, about one in five homeowners with a mortgage owe more than their home is worth.
The pain likely will be the most acute in states that have already been hit hard. That includes former housing boom states Nevada, Arizona, Florida and California, along with states that are suffering most from the economic downturn, including Michigan and Illinois.
Nevada posted the highest foreclosure rate in 2010 for the fourth straight year, despite a 5 percent decline in activity from the year before. One in every 11 households received a foreclosure filing last year in the state. In December, foreclosure activity increased 18 percent from November with a 71 percent spike in bank repossessions.
Arizona and California also showed sharp December increases in the number of homes banks took back, at 52 percent and 47 percent, respectively. Arizona, along with Florida, finished the year at No. 2 and No. 3 for the highest foreclosure rates.
One in every 17 Arizona households got a foreclosure filing last year, while one in 18 received a notice in Florida.
California, Utah, Georgia, Michigan, Idaho, Illinois and Colorado rounded out the top ten states with the highest foreclosure rates.
More than half of the country's foreclosure activity came out of five states in 2010: California, Florida, Arizona, Illinois and Michigan. Together, these states recorded almost 1.5 million households receiving a filing, despite year-over-year decreases in California, Florida and Arizona.
RealtyTrac tracks notices for defaults, scheduled home auctions and home repossessions — warnings that can lead up to a home eventually being lost to foreclosure.

Occupy Our Homes: From the Streets to
Foreclosed Homes, OWS Finds a New Frontier
Indeed, the optics are perfect for OWS: not only will the actions highlight the plight of America's families, but they will also point to the indifference and callousness of the 1 percent — the bankers and financiers who speculated on subprime mortgages, turned the other way knowing that many mortgages were being signed — or robosigned — to individuals who could never pay.
Last week, Nicholas Kristof at the New York Times interviewed one such banker who is now wracked with regret about the racist, predatory lending policies of his former employer, Chase:
One memory particularly troubles Theckston. He says that some account executives earned a commission seven times higher from subprime loans, rather than prime mortgages. So they looked for less savvy borrowers — those with less education, without previous mortgage experience, or without fluent English — and nudged them toward subprime loans.
These less-savvy borrowers were disproportionately blacks and Latinos, he said, and they ended up paying a higher rate so that they were more likely to lose their homes. Senior executives seemed aware of this racial mismatch, he recalled, and frantically tried to cover it up.
It should be noted that this kind of eviction resistance action being planned today is not unique to OWS — and that in some ways, it was a logical growth point for the new movement's energy. For years local groups like Take Back the Land, Viva Urbana, and many more have been doing this in local communities. In New York, Picture the Homeless has been training other activists in eviction-resistance tactics, Barry says.
And the fusion between these movements and Occupy is very much in full swing: in cities like Atlanta, Minneapolis, and Rochester, local Occupy movements have already joined forces with these grassroots groups to stave off, delay, or avoid evictions, as AlterNet recently reported. In San Francisco, occupiers joined with local activists to prevent the eviction of a 75-year-old woman. In Atlanta, the woman protected was 103. In Harlem, occupiers refused to leave a building's boiler room until the indifferent landlord had the broken heater fixed.
Just this summer, in New York, the aptly named grassroots group "Organizing for Occupation" delayed the eviction of a woman in Bedford-Stuyvesant. Their meetings have now been flooded by Occupy Wall Street activists who want to help. (Video below)

Why is the Cure For AIDS being Silenced ?
THERE IS A CURE FOR AIDS BUT THE U.S. GOV - IGNORES IT.
The Foundation for Incurable Diseases is pleased to announce it has come to an agreement with Dr. Marvin Antelman of Antelman Technologies, which will provide to those suffering from AIDS a cure for little or no cost!
Dr. Antelman has developed Tetrasil (r) (tetrasilver tetroxide) which is a patented bioinorganic antipathogenic molecular crystal device. Tetrasil kills pathogens by electrocuting them!
Dr. Antelman, whose work throughout the years has varied from innovative designs for nuclear submarine reactors and smart card batteries, discovered that silver (Ag) actually is formed by Ag and Ag3, and it is this discovery that lead him to the development of Tetrasil. (Tetrasil is not colloidal silver.) Through the
construction of a molecular sized semiconductor, Dr. Antelman was able to force natural silver (which is actually ag2) into its two separate components of Ag and Ag3 and to keep them separate, thus retaining the potential for an electron discharge. In layman's terms, one section of the Tetrasil machine contains an extramelectron charge that desparately wants to cross to the other side, mbut cannot due to the manner in which the molecular machine ismconstructed.
The molecular machine is, thereby, polarized and charged, and remains so until triggered. The Tetrasil machine is triggered when it comes into contact with a pathogen (thus themreason for the name "anti-pathogenic molecular crystal device"). Pathogens (bacteria and virii alike) are drawn to the device by strong covalent forces, and when they come into contact with the machine they are locked into place by these forces. The extram electron charge is then free to make its way to the other side of the Tetrasil machine by traversing the cellular membrane of the pathogen, which it immediately does. The 2 volt discharge
electrocutes the pathogen in the process. A chelation process is triggered as a result and both the Tetrasil machine and the dead pathogen bound to it are removed by the liver. The liver is stressed, but not damaged.
Tetrasil is classed as an EPA Class IV substance - the SAFEST rating available, which means it is safe for human consumption.
EPA Class IV status is equivalent to FDA Stage One approval.

1.5 Million Californian workers
lose unemployment benefits
Today, Occupy Wall Street and Occupy movements around the country will "go out of the streets and into the homes" of the 99 percent to draw attention to the economic, social, and racial injustice of the foreclosure crisis
Through vacant home reoccupation's, eviction resistance actions, and foreclosure auction disruptions from Brooklyn to Atlanta to Minneapolis and beyond, activists will highlight the families and individuals who live with the threat of eviction ever looming or those who have already lost their homes but are barred from ones that sit empty, owned by banks.
"We want people to pick sides — are you going to side with a bank sitting on an empty house when there's record family homelessness in NYC? Or will you side with a homeless family that is really desperate for a better environment for their kids to grow up in?" says VOCAL-NY organizer Sean Barry, one of many activists involved in the New York City action, which will begin at 1 p.m. at the intersection of Pennsylvania and Livonia in East New York, Brooklyn.
“While there are some worthwhile programs that are funded under this legislation,” the spokeswoman, Julie Soderlund, said in a statement, “it needs much more work to ensure that it does not further hinder job creation.”
Soderlund said Fiorina favors extending unemployment benefits and making permanent the research and development credit, but she believes both items should be offset with spending cuts.California’s constitution requires a 2/3 majority in the legislature to pass any tax increase. Despite returning solid majorities of Democrats to the legislature election after election there is a very hard core cadre of die-hard Republicans who manage to say above 1/3 of the legislature and absolutely will not vote for any tax increase for any reason.
Further, California has a property tax freeze (since the 1970s) which freezes your taxes at the last sale price. If you live in your home for 20 years, you’re essentially not paying a realistic amount to cover your community’s goods and services. Overtime, this has bled the state’s income.
So 1/3 of the state gets to hold the other 2/3 hostage. It is profoundly undemocratic and has led, inexorably to this result. The Republicans want to return to an 1800s vision of the State, where it is everyone for themselves.
So the choice facing the democrats was to let the government shut down completely, or agree to the demands of a bunch of well off people with no consciences who represent wealthy parts of the state.
California is about to become a 3rd world country. This is entirely the fault of the two party facade who have engineered this “shock doctrine” tactic. Many people are delighted to see the elderly and disabled cut off from support and the poor denied health care.

Lt. John Pike: The Seduction
of Meme-ing
Blog Post by John Parker Oughton - Nov.22.2011 - 5:23 am
Most people with a Facebook account or one eye on the Internet have by now seen the infamous
and viral-in-nothing-flat video of campus police officer Lt. John Pike pepper-spraying non-violent,
silent protestors sitting on the ground at the University of California at Davis. Pike, a swaggering
couch potato of a rent-a-cop with an unfortunately pubic red beard, is all decked out in tactical riot
gear, and so "threatened" by the protestors that his visor is up.
Since said protestors have ignored his order to move on, he's showing them who the Big Man is in
control. Make no mistake, real police officers and soldiers who remember that their mission is to
serve and protect their citizens do not behave like this. They will neutralize a threat, especially an
armed one, but they don't target people who simply irritate them. They also have enough situational
awareness to know that, if you are going to step over the bounds of decent (and lawful) behaviour,
you don't do it in the most litigious country on earth, with hundreds of people toting video and still
cameras, and smartphones.
So far, I've seen Pike digitally induced to pepper spray:
* the Declaration of Independence
* Andrew Wyeth's young girl sprawled on a grassy hill
* Seurat's upright pleasure-seekers on the banks of a French river
* a Buddhist priest who has set himself on fire
* and yes, Yoda himself.
If you're wondering about the term "meme", it refers to a unit of meaning -- often a photo, but sometimes a phrase ("I can haz cheezburgerz?") -- that captures the attention of Net users and is rapidly posted in many contexts and on many different kinds of site The availability of imagee-modifying software and Net access nearly everywhere make memes the cultural massage of today.
The subtle and always ahead-of-the-curve poet Adeena Karasick wrote in her book Meme Wars:
"A Meme is an irrecoverable and slightly innacurate self-replicating (id)entity with almost limitless power.
Memetics is concerned with how the message is translated.
MEME "a unit of cultural transmission or a unit of imitation" .
Pike, the unopposed aggressor, is suddenly the victim of a meme-attack. Each new replication of his image in an alien visual context further problematizes his decision-making ability, and extends the questions that arise from his behaviour: if he would spray the passive and seated Occupy UC protestors, how about children? self-immolating monks? the signers of the Declaration of Independence?
There is no logical limit to illogical behaviour, as Spock would tell us. The meme-ing of Lt. Pike both confirms and questions this, reducing his riot-geared, portly menace to a transitory, and mutable, image no more threatening than Paris Hilton, and definitely less cute.
Thus, the Yoda version shown at the top of this blog reminds us that, for those who incur the Netizens' displeasure, the Meme-pire will strike back.
